Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen courier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at help@momenty-us.store.
We will work with the courier to locate or replace your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.


5. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
